Select only what works best for you. The RocheDiabetes Care Platform is an online diabetes management platform which consists of modules that can be selected to form a tailored solution.
Open connectivity
Thanks to its open connectivity, the RocheDiabetes Care Platform can also process diabetes-relevant data from more than 130+ diabetes management devices.
Interactive Dashboard
Quick access to the most relevant patient information with easy to use navigation tools.
Quickly assess if patient is having difficulty meeting blood sugar targets, in danger of hospital visits due to low or high blood sugar, or doing well in how they are managing their diet.
-
The Patient Profile Bar displays general information about your patient (e.g., Diabetes Type, Date of Birth, Treatment, etc.)
-
You can select a time period by pulling the scroll bar or opening the calendar.
-
Select the type of report you want to review
-
Click on the expand arrows to get more information
Status Cards
One look is all it takes: hypos, hypers and percentage of BG values in range. This simple color visualization can be a big help in showing patients how they are doing and motivating them to change or continue their behavior.
-
The Glucose Level Distribution card displays the percentages of blood glucose values that are above, within, and below the target range, as well as Hypoglycemia.
-
The Status card displays a basic assessment of hypo risk; mean blood glucose levels and variability. You can expand it by clicking on the upper right arrow. It then shows more details on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
-
The BG Statistics card displays the number of tests performed, the average number of tests per day, mean blood glucose levels and standard deviation during a selected time range. Click to expand more information on each category.
-
The Hypoglycemia card displays the number of Hypoglycemia episodes, indicating which of those were nocturnal.

Graphs and reports
Access more detailed information as needed, such as the times of day when blood sugar spikes or falls.
-
While “Standard Day” is the default graph, you can easily select any graph or report you wish to view.
-
The Standard Day graph shows BG values, bolus and basal insulin intake, and carbohydrate intake if the device allows for the manual input of this information – and when an insulin pump is in use. It also displays pump events (run, stop, pause).
-
The Trend graph displays all BG values and mean BG values. By hovering over the value bar with your cursor, the corresponding figures of the analyzed test results are displayed: like the number of, the highest, lowest and mean value as well as the standard deviation.
-
The Standard Week graph displays data for a one-week period from Monday to Sunday, wherein each line represents a week. It helps you recognize recurring patterns more easily.
-
The Logbook displays a chronological table divided into columns, which represent pre- and post-nocturnal, breakfast, lunch and dinner results. Color coded squares indicate if a patient is outside of their ideal range.
-
In the Metabolic Rate graph, the mean BG or mean CGM and the standard deviation are calculated for each day of the analyzed time range. The result displays as a scatter plot.
-
In the Basal/Bolus Info chart shows type of insulin (basal/bolus) and the average intake – displayed as a percentage value or a pie chart. Click to expand and you can view what types of bolus the patient has used.
(Standard, Quick, Extended, Multi-wave). -
In the The Insulin Pump chart displays information about insulin intake in the form of a logbook. Here you can view bolus amount and bolus type, as well as the time of intake.
Pattern detection
The Pattern Detection tool reveals up to 20 patterns to support assessment during the consultation. This can help increased understanding of: glucose patterns, insulin dosing, glycemic variability and treatment adherence.
-
Patterns are organized in 5 different groups:
• Hypoglycemia • Hyperglyemia • Blood glucose variability • Use of the systems • Treatment adherence
Group indicators are shown next to each patterns group by using an easy-to-read visual code.
-
On the Trend Graph, blood glucose values triggering a pattern to red are highlighted with a red circle on the graph and will blink three times before becoming static circles. Hover over the red circles and a pop-up card appears, which gives information about the value and the pattern/s triggered by this value.
-
While patterns are pre-defined, you can make changes to the pattern at any time in the Configure Patterns section.
-
It is also possible to view your patient's pattern data as a comparative table. Simply click the Compare View tab in the top-left section above the graph. You then display patterns in weekly, monthly or quarterly intervals.
