Important note: By December 31, 2022 all current Accu-Chek Connect Online and Accu-Chek 360 Diabetes Management Software customers Must transition to the RocheDiabetes Care Platform or find an alternative solution to manage patient data. There is still no cost to you!
As of December 31, 2022 we will no longer be distributing, servicing and supporting Accu-Chek Connect Online, Accu-Chek Connect App (inclusive of the Accu-Chek Connect Bolus Advisor - click here for more information), or Accu-Chek 360 Diabetes Management software.

Training Provided
Training your team has never been easier! While we are always here to support you, we have designed a series of digital self-service support tools to help you get the training you need when your team needs it.
The good news is that the RocheDiabetes Care Platform will be familiar to you and your team.
After you create your RocheDiabetes Care Platform Account, you will get a series of emails that will walk you through your onboarding and training journey.
- Access to our Accu-Chek Call Center for email, chat, or phone support
- A video training series to learn all of the features of the RocheDiabetes Care Platform (on average each video is 2 to 5 minutes in length).
- A series of instructional one pagers that can be printed for reference
- An onboard user manual
- A series of on-boarding emails that will walk you and your team through your training journey.
